Return Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you wish to return items, simply email us at shop@dscbeauty.com to begin the process for a refund within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return authorization code.

Items must be postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of the original shipment’s delivery date.

Only brand new items still in their original packaging will be accepted for refunds; all other items cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is not included unless you received damaged or defective merchandise (please see Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Policy). Please notate your return authorization number on the front side of your invoice and send the product(s) back to us. Processing time for refunds may take up to 10 business days from the date the return is received. Returns may also be brought to our business location in order to save on return shipping fees; however, all refunds for online orders are subject to the same processing time.

Return Procedure

For all online orders, please email shop@dscbeauty.com with your invoice number in your email title to begin the return procedure. We will provide you with a return authorization number. Please notate the return authorization number, the product(s) that will be returned, and the reason for your return on the front of your invoice, then enclose it with the item(s) and ship back to us or bring them to our business location to drop off. Please make sure to obtain a return authorization number before in-person drop off so we may expedite the return process for you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at no charge if the order has not yet begun processing. If an order has been processed but not shipped, cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation charge due to the non-refundable transaction fee charged by our e-commerce merchant services.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will replace damaged or defective products at no additional cost to you. If your products arrive damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong items, please send a photo to shop@dscbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery in order to qualify for a replacement. We cannot verify any products were damaged in transit if we are not notified immediately. Incorrect orders will be remedied as soon as possible. Local pick-up of replacements can be arranged, or we will replace and ship items at no cost to the customer.

Is everything from our website also available in our store?

Yes! Everything available on our website is also available in our brick-and-mortar location. We carry our best-selling items on our website, but we offer many more products in person. Please feel free to call or email us for more information.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship 2-3 days after being received. We do not ship on Sundays, so orders placed after Saturday morning will not be processed until the following Monday. If an item becomes backordered, we will contact customers with an updated, estimated ship date. For local pickup, we will notify customers when orders are available.

Where can we ship?

Anywhere in the continental US serviced by USPS, and as permitted by local regulations. For Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders, please contact us at shop@dscbeauty.com so we may assist you in creating a special order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated with a shipping calculator at checkout. In the event that estimated shipping costs are higher or lower than actual costs, we may contact you about shipping charge corrections. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the continental US.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number.

Can I return something I bought online in person?

Absolutely, as long as the return is made within the timeframes mentioned above. Please make sure to obtain a return authorization number beforehand by emailing shop@dscbeauty.com so we know to expect your return.
